PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2589 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR RICHARD GUASCO AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-84-19 <br />WHEREAS, Richard Guasco et al has appledto rezone the <br />approximately one acre site located at 3932 Old Santa <br />Rita Road from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial SErvices <br />District or to any other zoning district consistent with <br />the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 9, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff. <br />P NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />ection 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-84-19 as herein described <br />inasmuch as the rezoning proposed would have an <br />insignificant effect on the environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
