.~ <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2591 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-19 FOR <br />RICHARD GUASCO <br />WHEREAS, Richard Guasco has applied to rezone the approximately 1 <br />acre site located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road from the <br />C-S (Commercial Service) District to the Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) - Commercial Service District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 9, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as recommending <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared for this <br />case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-19 as herein <br />described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That all allowed and conditionally allowed uses in <br />the subject property shall be those of the C-S <br />District except that auto wrecking shall be an <br />additional conditionally allowed use on the <br />property. <br />2. That a conditional use permit shall be required for <br />any automobile wrecking facility on the subject <br />property. <br />3. That the northern parcel of property on Old Santa <br />Rita Road owned by Mr. Guasco (APN 946-1100-20 and <br />21) shall be vacated prior to establishment of an <br />automobile wrecking facility on the subject site. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
