.-- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2592 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR EVH PARTNERSHIP AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-84-21 <br />WHEREAS, EVH Partnership and the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland <br />have applied for PUD zoning and ddevelopment plan <br />pproval of a 262 unit multi-family residential <br />development and elated facilities on an approximately 13 <br />acr site located immediately southwest of Bernal Avenue <br />(extension) and the Southern Pacific right-of-way. The <br />property consists of approximately 8 acrs currntly <br />within the City limits and approximately 5 acrs <br />currently outside of the City limits for which this <br />action shall constitute a prezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 9, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-84-19 as herein described <br />inasmuch as the rezoning and development plan proposed <br />would have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
