PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2594 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-26D WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has applied for design review of a two building office complex proposed for the approximately 14 acre site located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and West Las Positas Boulevard; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 9, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this project; and WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the rezoning of Hacienda Business Park and the proposed project was included within the scope of that Environmental Impact Report, and, therefore, no environmental documents accompanied this application; and WHEREAS, this proposed development conforms to the zoning and land use designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-2GD subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations, landscape plan and perspective, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department.
