<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2594 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30-26D <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has applied for <br />design review of a two building office complex proposed <br />for the approximately 14 acre site located at the <br />northeast corner of Hopyard Road and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 9, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of Hacienda Business Park and the proposed <br />project was included within the scope of that <br />Environmental Impact Report, and, therefore, no <br />environmental documents accompanied this application; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed development conforms to the zoning and <br />land use designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-2GD subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, elevations, landscape plan and <br />perspective, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />That approval of case PUD-8-30-26D shall be subject <br />to all conditions of approval of Case MS-82-13 <br />approving Parcel Map No. 3858. <br />th d to ment shall be subject to all <br />That e eve p <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 <br />reapproving the Hacienda Business Park. <br />
