PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2595 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ZONE 7 <br />OF THE ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL & WATER CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, Zone 7 has applied for a conditional use permit to allow <br />the construction and operation of a 7500 sq. ft. <br />administration building for Zone 7 on the approximately <br />3.3 acre site located at the northeast corner of Hopyard <br />Road and Parkside Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 9, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />.concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />zoning district in which the site is located; b) that <br />the proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 <br />Approves case UP-84-66, application of Zone <br />conditional use permit to allow the operation <br />construction of a 7500 sq. ft. administration <br />on the approximately 3.3 acre site located at <br />northeast corner of Hopyard Road and Parkside <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />7 for a <br />and <br />building <br />the <br />Drive <br />1. That case UP-84-6G is solely for the purpose of <br />allowing an administrative office building and <br />related facilities for Zone 7 of the Alameda County <br />Flood Control and Water Conservation District on the <br />subject site. <br />
