PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2597 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON REVIEWING AND CONCURRING WITH THE CHANGES TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-13 .- WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 14, 1984 the Planning Commission recommended approval of Case PUD-84-13, prezoning an approximately 8.8 acre site to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential and "A" (Agricultural) District as well as the development plan for an 84 unit multi-family residential complex and proposed City park on the site located on the east side of Bernal Avenue between Tawny Drive and Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of January 22, 1985, the City Council introduced an ordinance approving Case PUD-84-13 as herein described for an 80 unit project per the plan presented to the City Council on January 22, 1985 with the stipulation that the cost of the parkland to the City would not be increased and the size of the park site would be reduced by no more than approximately 6,000 sq. ft.; and WHEREAS, these changes to the development plan reviewed by the Planning Commission at their November 14, 1984 are substantial in nature, therefore, it is necessary that the Planning Commission review the modified plan and make a report back to the City Council concerning these changes; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1985 the Planning Commission reviewed the development plan presented to the City Council on January 22, 1985. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Concurs with the City Council and recommends approval of the 80 unit development plan as submitted to the City Council at their meeting of January 22, 1985. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF JANUARY 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
