PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2599 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT <br />CORDTZ AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-68 <br />WHEREAS, Robert Cordtz has applied for conditional use permit <br />approval to operate a six unit bed and breakfast inn on <br />an approximately 0.4 acre site located at 246, 248, 262 <br />West Angela Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-4000 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />zoning district in which the site is located; b) that <br />the proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-68 application of Robert Cordtz <br />for conditional use permit approval to operate a six <br />unit bed and breakfast inn on an approximately 0.4 acre <br />site located at 246, 268, 262 West Angela Street subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, elevations, landscape plan ad <br />floor plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the applicant shall secure all required <br />business and building licenses and permits prior <br />operation of the use. <br />
