PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2599 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT CORDTZ AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-68 WHEREAS, Robert Cordtz has applied for conditional use permit approval to operate a six unit bed and breakfast inn on an approximately 0.4 acre site located at 246, 248, 262 West Angela Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the zoning district in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-84-68 application of Robert Cordtz for conditional use permit approval to operate a six unit bed and breakfast inn on an approximately 0.4 acre site located at 246, 268, 262 West Angela Street subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations, landscape plan ad floor plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the applicant shall secure all required business and building licenses and permits prior operation of the use.
