PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2601 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />CENTRAL WHOLESALE ELECTRIC AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-65 <br />WHEREAS, Central Wholesale Electric has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to allow the establishment of an electrical <br />wholesaling firm in the industrial building located at <br />2118 Rheem Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />zoning district in which the site is located; b) that <br />the proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-85-O1, application of Central <br />Wholesale as as herein described subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted solely for an <br />electrical warehousing operation as described in the <br />letter from Central Wholesale dated 1/8/85. <br />2. Employees are not limited to the number indicated in <br />the letter of 1/8/85. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
