PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2601 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CENTRAL WHOLESALE ELECTRIC AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-65 WHEREAS, Central Wholesale Electric has applied for a conditional use permit to allow the establishment of an electrical wholesaling firm in the industrial building located at 2118 Rheem Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the zoning district in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-85-O1, application of Central Wholesale as as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That this use permit is granted solely for an electrical warehousing operation as described in the letter from Central Wholesale dated 1/8/85. 2. Employees are not limited to the number indicated in the letter of 1/8/85. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
