PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2742 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-85-13, APPLICATION OF PAMELA ANTRIM WHEREAS, Pamela Antrim has applied for Planned Unit Development zoning and development plan approval to construct a 10 unit apartment complex on an approximately 0.48 acre site located on the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and West Angela Street; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 8, 1986 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Cae PUD-85-13; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 13, 1985 and received the recommendaiton of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 8, 1986 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the application and recommended adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-84-13, application of Pamela Antrim for planned unit development zoning an development plan approval to construct a 10 unit apartment complex on an approximately 0.48 acre site located on the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and West Angela Street. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
