PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2745 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-85-20, APPLICATION OF GEORGE MARMENT <br />WHEREAS, George Marment has applied for rezoning from "O" <br />(Office) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br />Density Residential District and development plan <br />approval to construct a two-story, twelve-unit apartment <br />complex on a 0.5 acre site located on the west side of <br />Peters Avenue between West Angela Street and Old Bernal <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of January 8, 1986 the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative <br />declaration prepared for Case PUD-84-2o after <br />considering all relevant exhibits, public testimony and <br />recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed PUD to be in <br />conformance with the General Plan for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-84-20, application of <br />George Marment for rezoning from "0" (Office) to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-High Density REsidential <br />District and development plan approval to construct a <br />two-story, twelve-unit apartment complex on a 0.5 acre <br />site located on the west side of Peters Avenue between <br />West Angela Street and Old Bernal Avenue subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan, elevations and grading/utility plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant shall submit and receive <br />approval for the appropriate reconfiguration of the <br />lots to accommodate the proposed development on a <br />single lot prior to the issuance of any building <br />permits. <br />3. That the carport structure be redesigned to cover <br />only l0 parking spaces thereby leaving space #11 <br />uncovered. <br />4. That the uses and site development standards for <br />this project shall be those of the RM-2000 District <br />
