PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2750 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DR. ROBERT CONNOLLY, FILED UNDER CASE PUD-85-21 WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Connolly has applied for rezoning from the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District and development plan approval for a nine-unit, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site at 306 Neal Street; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 22, 1986 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-85-21; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study for this application and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 22, 1986 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the application and recommended adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-85-21, application of Dr. Robert Connolly for rezoning from the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District and development plan approval for a nine-unit, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site at 306 Neal Street. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
