PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2750 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR DR. ROBERT CONNOLLY, FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-85-21 <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Connolly has applied for rezoning from the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District <br />and development plan approval for a nine-unit, <br />single-family residential project to be located on an <br />approximately 2.4 acre site at 306 Neal Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 22, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission received a proposed negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-85-21; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study for this application and received the <br />recommendation of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 22, <br />1986 and the public was given the opportunity to comment <br />on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any significant impacts upon the <br />environment by approving the application and recommended <br />adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this <br />case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-85-21, application of Dr. Robert <br />Connolly for rezoning from the R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District and development plan <br />approval for a nine-unit, single-family residential <br />project to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site <br />at 306 Neal Street. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
