PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2752 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PROPOSED CHANGES FOR THE NORTH PLEASANTON TRAFFIC STUDY ASSUMPTIONS WHEREAS, at their last meeting the Commission continued discussion of the proposed changes to the standard assumptions to their January 22, 1986 meeting and asked that the changes be reviewed by the Environmental Monitoring Committee and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission also asked to see the results of the November, 1985, traffic counts and a comparison of intersection levels of service (LOS) when calculated by both the old and new methodology. These latter two were delivered to the Planning Commission on January 16, 1986; and WHEREAS, because of the interest shown by the Commission, also included with the staff report was a set of the proposed trip distributions to be used in traffic studies; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Monitoring Committee reviewed the proposed changes on January 15, 1986 and recommended approval of the proposed changes expressing concern with trip generation rates. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the changes to the Traffic Assumptions per the staff report incorporating recommendations 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and add "by March 15, 1986" in No. 6. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 22ND DAY OF JANUARY 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and Vice Chairman Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: Chairman Wilson ABSTAIN: None DATE: January 22, 1986
