PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2760 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR REGULARLY SCHEDULED FREIGHT DELIVERY FLIGHTS AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-85-19 FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has applied for a modification to an approved conditional use permit to allow for regularly scheduled freight delivery flights at an approved heliport facility, located on a portion of an approximately 2.3 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Owens Drive and Chabot Drive. Zoning for the property is 2-G (General Industrial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 12, 1986 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, this project is exempt from the requirements of CEQA. Therefore, no environmental documents accompanies this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the modification to Case UP-85-19 as requested subject to the following conditions: 1. That the operations of the freight service shall substantially conform to those plans and details described in the letters from the applicant dated January 16, 1986 and February 4, 1986. 2. That all the conditions of approval of cases UP-85-19 and Z-85-176 as contained in Resolutions No. 2686 and 2687 shall continue to be in full force and effect. 3. That drop boxes be installed within Hacienda Business Park where appropriate within 90 days of the commencement of this service. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
