PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2763 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-86-1 FOR <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for an amendment to <br />the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance as they <br />pertain to design review of additions to single-family <br />residences greater than 10 feet in height; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 19, <br />1986, the Planning Commission considered all relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff <br />recommendation relating to design review of additions <br />to single-family residences greater than 10 feet in <br />height. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 <br />Recommends approval of Case RZ-86-1, the application <br />of the City of Pleasanton to amend the requirements of <br />the Zoning Ordinance as they pertain to design review <br />of additions to single-family residences greater than <br />l0 feet in height. <br />Section 2.
