J. Ritenour: <br />k1HEREAS the application of C, J. Ritenour duly came <br />before this Planning Commission, and the matter was discussed; <br />N0~9, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as folloers: <br />1, That this Planning Commission c;oes recommend to <br />the City Council that the application of C, J. Ritenour to <br />move two dwellings on his property at Main Street and Livermore <br />Road, pursuant to letter dated June 29, 1955 and attached <br />diagram, be approved, and that the Council issuo the necessary <br />use permit, <br />2. That copies of this resolution be forwarded to <br />the City Council and to the ap~licant, <br />PASSED AATD ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1955• <br />Edwin E.
