IN THE PL~~2vTING CO;~fISSIGN CF T`~ CITY GF 1'LE.~1SA`'I'ON <br />COUNTY GF A~^'lLDA, STATE OF CALIFCPuvIA <br />i2ESOLUTION X10 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to <br />Rtsbertson~ 2obertson <br />The application of Robertson & :obertson, a co-partnership, having been <br />filed on August 13, 1957, pursuant to Ordinance m276 of the City of °].easauton <br />and tiie matter duly considered at the public meetin„ of the City of Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission; <br />iT0'~J T'_-IEREFGf2E the Planning Co:snissien does resolve: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Plaiming Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance ~Z76 pertaining to Commercial Uses have been met. <br />3) That the COPdDITIONAL TONING PTv2 ~T is hereby granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a) That the approval of the zoning permit be ratified by the City <br />Council and if there are any chacp;es, same would be returned to <br />the Planning Co3enission; <br />b) Shat the entire area outside the City Limits be annexed; <br />c) That ?11 standards as set forth in the proposed ;Sobile Home Park <br />Ordinance, as submitted by Iiarold ~Tise v Assoc., as amended and. <br />introduced b,' the City Council be observed; <br />d) All constrrzction, paring, drainage, etc. meet the standards and <br />specifications of the City P.ngineer; <br />e) That all annual license Fees as set by the City Council be <br />collectable from the developers; <br />f) That the site plan as shown on dra~,ring entitled "Plot Plan for <br />riobile Home Parlc", dated <lugust 13th be conformed to. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to fortaard copies of this <br />resolution to the applicant, City Ldministrator, ?fuildii~, Inspector and ashy <br />other interested parties. -~ , <br />ATTEST: ~..
