IN TF~ PLANNING CGAPIISSICN OF THE CITY OF PLEASAWTGN <br />COUNTY OF AI.AMEDA~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION X13 <br />WHEREAS the Variance Request of George Lopez 12 Amador Courts ryas duly <br />heard by the City Planning Comaission of the City of Pleasanton; <br />NOW THEREFORE the Planing Commission of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby resolve as follows: <br />1} It is recommendtd to the City Council that the variance allowing the !, <br />patio covering to extend to the property line be approved under the following <br />I <br />conditions: <br />a) That a letter stating he has ao objections to the proposed con- <br />struction be submitted by the adjoining neighbor Chuck Wright. <br />b) That proper drainage be installed along the patio covering. <br />c) That the proposed construction would create no unsightly appear- <br />ance or hazard to the neighbors. <br />d) That the beams be fire resistance r~thin three feet of the pro- <br />perty line. <br />r- r% <br />!~'- ~~~ , <br />ATTEST: V.
