IN THE PLANNING CO4~IISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AL4MEDA~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION #14 <br />WHEREAS the application of James C. Robinson having been filed on <br />September 12~ 1957 pursuant to Ordinance #276 of the City of Pleasanton and <br />the matt2r duly considered at the Public Hearing of the City of Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission; <br />NOW THEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve; <br />1) That the CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby denied for the following <br />reasons: <br />a) The application does not meet the requirementos of Section 2.22 <br />of the Interim Zonigg Ordinances Sub-sections 2 and 5. <br />2) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />resolution to the applicants City Administrator and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~ ~~ <br />~-- <br />V.
