ZN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CCUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />WHEREAS the application of Thomas Zaro dated November 12~ 1957, for a <br />having been filed pursuant to Ordinance No, 265 of the City of Pleasan- <br />and subsequent admendments thereto, was duly considered at a public meeting <br />the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission on November 15, 1957, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />that: <br />1. No hardship or practical difficulties exists relative to the <br />2. The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council the <br />denial of the application. <br />3. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council. <br />The foregoing was introduced at a regular meeting of the Pleasanton <br />Commission on November 22, 1957 by Commissioner Wharton who moved its <br />which motion was seconded by Commissioner DeVor and adopted by the <br />vote: <br />AYES: Conmussioner DeVor, Haaifen, Mitchell, Trowbridge, Wharton, and <br />Wetherby. <br />~jN` • .
