IN THE PLANMNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CCUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br />WHEREAS the application of the Church oP Christ, represented by W. N. <br />Davis, dated November 15, 1957 for a Conditional Zoning Permit, pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 276 of the City of Pleasanton, was duly considered at the public <br />meeting of the Planning Commission on November 22, 1957, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton that: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter. <br />2. The conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 276 are <br />3. The Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted subject to the <br />following conditions; <br />a. That the permit be for a period of six (6) months, with an auto- <br />matic renewal for an additional six (6) months, unless complaints are <br />received, in~ich case the six months extension may be reviewed by <br />Planning Commission and a public hearing held and the permit revoked <br />if warranted is the opinion of the Planning Commission. <br />4. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council. <br />The foregoing xas introduced at a regular meeting of the Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission on November 22, 1957 by Commissioner Wetherby who moved <br />its adoption, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Wharton and adopted <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Devor, Hanifen, Mitchell, Trowbridge, Wharton and <br />Wetherby. <br />C/.
