IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Resolution No. 17 <br />WHEREAS the application of Roy N. Jensen dated November 19, 1957 for a <br />Conditional Zoning Permit pursuant to Ordinance No. 276 of the City of <br />Pleasanton, vas duly considered at the public meeting of the Planning Commis- <br />sion on November 22, 1957, <br />NQeT THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton that: <br />1. No public hearing is deep0ed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter. <br />2. The conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 276 are <br />met. <br />3. The Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted fora period of one <br />year subject to the following conditions: <br />)b <br />(a) That all of the conditions of Ordinance No. 2f~ of the City of <br />Pleasanton, except that conditions relating to the period in which <br />construction must start, are met. <br />4. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council. <br />The foregoing was introduced at a regular meeting of the Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission on November 22, 1957 by Commissioner Wherton, who moved <br />its adoption, which motion was seconded by Commissioner DeVor and adopted by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioner DeVor, Hanifen, ;iitchell, Trowbridge, Wharton and <br />Wetherby. <br />~~~ ~ <br />V.
