IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OE' THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 18 <br />WHEREAS the application of Dr. G. DuBois, D.C., dated November 20, 1957 <br />for a Conditional Zoning Permit, pursuant to Ordinance No. 276 was duly coo- <br />sidered at a public meeting of the Planning Commission on November 22, 1957, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton that: <br />1. No public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this <br />matter. <br />2. The conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 276 are <br />met. <br />3. The Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted. <br />4. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council. <br />The foregoing was introduced at a regular meeting of the Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission on November 22, 1957 by Commissioner Wetherby who moved <br />adoption, which motion was Seconded by Commissioner DeVor and adopted by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners DeVor, Hanifen, Mitchell, Trowbridge, Wharton and <br />Wetherby. <br />ATTEST: <br />V.
