<br />IN THE PLANNING COD@SISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMF.DA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 20 <br />WHEREAS a duly noticed Public Hearing was held on the application of <br />L. Bforame for a Conditional Zoning Permit dated November 20~ 1957 <br />to Ordinance No. 276 and was duly considered at a public meeting of <br />the Planning Commission on December 12, 1957; <br />NOW THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton that: <br />1. The conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 276 are <br />2. The Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted subject to the <br />a) Access to the rear additions be 20~ with 16' improved driveway <br />b) The ratio of parking spaces to the number of dwellings be 12:1 <br />c) The minimum side yard be 18~ and a minimum 20~ between residential <br />structures <br />d) Separate sanitary trunks be run from rear units to street <br />e) Map and pictures submitted become part of the resolution, and <br />f) House numbers be visible from the street. <br />The foregoing was introduced at a regular meeting of the Fleasanton <br />Planning Commission on December 12, 1957 by Commissioner Wharton, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hanifen and adopted by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners DeVor, Hanifen, Mitchell, Trowbridge, Wharton and <br />Wetherby. <br />NOES: None. <br />~', <br />V.
