IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 21 <br />WHEREAS the application of M.G.C. Compagy dated November 22, 1957 for a <br />Conditional Zoning Permit pursuant to Ordinance No. 216 was duly considered at <br />a public meeting of the Planning Commission on December 12, 1957, <br />NCiJ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton that: <br />1. No public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter. <br />2. The conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 276 are met <br />3. The Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted for a period of six <br />months subject to the following conditions: <br />a) That the conditions on which Tract 1832 was orginally approved <br />be continued in effect. <br />4. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council. <br />The foregoing was introduced at a regular meeting of the Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission on December 12, 1957 by Commissioner Wharton, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hanifen and adopted by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners DeVor, Hanifen, Mitchell, Trowbridge, Wharton and <br />Wetherby. <br />NOES: None, <br />~~ ~ ti <br />V.
