IN THE PLANNING CUAAfISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAivTON <br />COUNTY Or' ALAn7TSDA, STATE JF Cr1hIFORiJIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 22 <br />WHEREAS the application of Merton A. Murray, dated January 10, 1958, for <br />a Conditional Zoning Permit, pursuant to Ordinance No. 276, was duly considered <br />at a public meeting of the Planning Commission on January 16, 1958; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT itESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton that: <br />1. No hardship can be shown. <br />2. The area, five thousand (5000) square feet is not sufficient to sup- <br />port a multiple family dwelling. <br />3, Insufficient parking spaces provided. <br />The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council the <br />denial of this application. <br />The foregoing was introduced at a regular meeting of the Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission on January 16, 1958 by Commissioner Wharton, seconded by <br />Commissioner Trowbridge and adopted by the following vote: <br />AYES; Commissioners Hanifen, :ditchell, Trowbridge and ii'harton. <br />NOES: None. <br />A135ENT: Commissioners DeVor and Wetherby. <br />aTTEST; <br />Secretar~- <br />Y~ Q2.~ <br />r- <br />V. ~. !9etherby, Act'n Chairman <br />
