I1V THE YLANNI:v'G COA4SISSION CF THE CITY OF PLEASeL'vTON <br />COUNTY OF r1I.;1,'1CD~, STATE Or CALll~'ORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 23 <br />L1fiEREAS the application of ;-1rs, ;lrrna Drown dated January 16, 1958 for <br />a conditional Zoning Permit pursuant to Ordinance No. 276 was duly considered <br />at a public meeting of the Planning Commission on 1~'ebruary 6, 1958; <br />NOIJ THE1tEFORE DE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton that: <br />1. No public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2, That conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 276 <br />are met. <br />3. The Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a) A 16r improved driveway be maintained to all residences <br />on the property. <br />b) The ratio of parking spaces to the number of dz,~ellings be <br />1~:1. <br />c) There be a minimwn 20~ betweer. residential structures <br />d) Plot plan as submitted with application of January 16, 1958 <br />be accepted <br />e) House numbers be visible from the street. <br />4, A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council. <br />The foregoing was introduced at a regular meeting of the Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission on February 6, 1958 by Commissioner ldetherby, seconded <br />by Commissioner DeVor acrd adopted by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners DeVor, Mitchell, Trowbridge, and 4Jetherby, <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Nanifen and h'harton. <br />
