IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION No. 25 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Bevilacqua Brothers for approval of <br />Tentative Map Tract 1917 dated February 5, 1958 was considered at a public <br />meeting and a public hearing being held on February 20, 1958; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton that Tentative Map Tract 1918 be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />1) That the easement across Lots 21, 22, 28 and 29 be acquired by <br />the subdividers and abandoned. <br />2) That hots 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 3~+, 35, 3~-and 37 adjacent to the <br />existing easement be provided with ''no access" beyond the southern <br />boundary of said easement. In the event this easement is acquired <br />and abandoned by the subdividers, this "no access" will be established <br />at the north boundary of said tract line as indicated on Exhibit"A". <br />3) Minimum lot area within Tract 1917 to be a net of 6,000 square feet. <br />~+) That the street "Entrada Drive" be renamed "Avenida Del Sol". <br />5) That equitable arrangements be made by the City Council for re}nb- <br />ursement to the City for utilities provided, namely, domestic water, <br />storm dxre.inage and sanitary sewer. <br />6) That "Avenida Del Sol" be continued westerly. <br />7) Exhibit "A" is to become a part of this recommendation. <br />8) That the final map when submitted be subject to approval by the <br />City Engineer. <br />A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council. <br />V.
