IN THE PIANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CouNTY OF A~, STATE of CALZFORN~A <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Amended Application of George Mills, <br />x+07 Railroad Avenue, Pleasanton, California, filed January 26, 1960, for <br />commercial use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THERFF'ORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONIlVG PERMIT is hereby granted fora period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following <br />condition: <br />a) Should meet building code. <br />~+) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOPTED this February ~+, 1960 <br />a <br />Frank Lozano - Aet~ng Chairm <br />Pleasanton Planning Commissi <br />ATTEST: <br />.~ <br />Secretary <br />~~ <br />-s ,, <br />
