TN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AIAMEAA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Frank A. Lambert, 443 <br />St. John Street, Pleasanton, California, filed February 4, 1960, for <br />commercial use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THERF~'ORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted far a period of <br />six {6) months, effective this date, subject to the following <br />condition: <br />a) Side yard setback should be 5' <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOPTED this February 4, 1960 <br />,J <br />~. <br />Frank Lozano - Acti Chairman <br />Pleasanton Planning Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />a.~ ~,~ <br />i <br />
