IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AIA~DA, STATE OF CALTFORIJIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90 <br />Granting Variance on Application of Amador Valley Homes, Inc., Tract 2110, <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Pioneer Village, Pleasanton, California, filed February 1, <br />1960, for relief from setback requirements required by un-repealed portions <br />of Ordinance No. 228, as amended. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 228, as amended, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause <br />appearing; <br />NOW THERF,FORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That public hearing .has been duly held. <br />2} That the Planning Commission finds the conditions requiring such a <br />variance have been met. <br />3) That a variance is hereby recommended as follows: <br />4' front yard variance to construct a <br />dwelling on a lot that does not meet <br />setback requirements located in Tract <br />21].0, Lot 1, Block 3, Pioneer Village <br />~+) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOPTED this February 18, 1960 <br />~ ,- <br />l <br />Chris Han n - Chai n <br />City Planning Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />'~ / '~ <br />Acting Secretary <br />
