IN THE PIANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AIANIEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 93 <br />Recommending to the City Council the Granting of Variance on Application of <br />William H. Gale, Jr., 303 Neal Street, Pleasanton, California, filed February <br />16, 1960, for relief from setback requirements required by un-repealed por- <br />tions of Ordinance No. 228, as amended. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 228, as amended, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause <br />appearing; <br />NOW THF~REFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby recommend as follows: <br />1) That public hearing has been duly held. <br />2) That the Planning Commission ,finds the conditions requiring such a <br />variance have been met. <br />3) That a variance is hereby recormnended as follows: <br />the building setback measure 15' from <br />the sidewalk on Neal Street and 15' <br />from the inside edge of curb line on <br />Third Street <br />~+) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOPTED this March 3, 1960 <br />~. <br />Chris Hanif - Chai <br />City Planning Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />Se <br />
