IN THE PTAIVNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0?~' PLEASAN7.'ON <br />COUNTY OF AL~MEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Ralph Pahlmeyer, north- <br />east corner of First and Angela Streets, Pleasanton, California, filed March <br />1~+, 1960, for commercial use . <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2} That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance Pdo. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted far a period of <br />six (6} months, effective this date, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a} To be constructed according to plans presented to the Planning <br />Commission, subject to changes and recommendations made by <br />the City Engineer. <br />b) Construction to be surrounded on two sides by a 6f concrete <br />block fence. <br />c) That property outside a 20~ radius be dedicated to the City. <br />~+} That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOPTED this March 17, 1960 <br />1 <br />l ~'' <br />P lip don -Acting Chairman <br />City Planning Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />ROLL CALL: Ayes: Commissioners Allison, Lozano <br />~ Noes: Commissioner Tendon <br />~_ <br />1 <br />
