,4~$~-3AJV?o,L <br />Y ~,~ . <br />~,: o <br />4~ <br />~rrao s <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGte : January 11, 1972 <br />Time : s:oo PM <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL <br />OF MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO AGENDA <br />CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT <br />UP-71-26, Continued <br />Commissioners present: Commissioners Hirst, <br />Pereira, Pons, Wood and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners absent: None. <br />No minutes were submitted. <br />Mr. Castro reported that Item Sb, P.U.D.-71- <br />Heritage Valley, is being continued until <br />January 25, 1972. <br />Mr. Castro reported that Item 6c with regard <br />to the rezoning applications for the Homart <br />Inc. will open the public hearing, but we <br />are asking for a coninuance until Feb. 8th. <br />Under Communications, a request has been <br />received from Mr. Kortick with regard to <br />his property at 604 Main Street. <br />Robert H. Lee & Associates - a conditional <br />use permit to allow the construction of a <br />Texaco service station to be located on the <br />northeast corner of Sunol Blvd. and Mission <br />Drive in a C-F (Commercial Freeway) District <br />Pleasanton. <br />Staff has asked that this matter be continue <br />as this matter comes under the service stati <br />study now being completed by the department. <br />Chairman Garrigan asked if this report has <br />a completion date. Mr. Castro replied that <br />the staff hopes to have it complete by <br />January 25th. <br />Mr. Castro stated that this was a directive <br />from Council and this study will have to be <br />discussed with them. There was discussion <br />on whether this study was originally a <br />directive of Council or originated at the <br />Commission level. This question was not <br />settled. <br />
