4y$~SA~~°ti CITY of PLEA~~ANTUN <br />.~~ o <br />~.:o Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dote February 11, 1976 <br />TIRIB : 8:00 P.M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PE RMI T <br />CP-75-29, Approved, <br />Res. 1393 <br />Commissioners Present: Doherty, <br />Carrigan, Shepherd and Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Butler. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance followed. <br />The following minutes were approved - <br />Planning Commission minutes of <br />January 14 and February 4, 1976, and <br />Board of Adjustment minutes of <br />November 12, 1975. <br />Morrison Homes, Inc. - application <br />for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a model home sales office <br />.complex at 5472, 5452, 5430 and 5427 <br />,Dudley Court. Zoning for the pro- <br />perty is R-1-6500 (Single Family <br />Residential) District. <br />Secretary Harris described the staff <br />report. The proposal is for a <br />typical model home sales complex. <br />It will be comprised of four homes <br />located on Dudley Court. Although <br />no parking lot is provided, the <br />staff did not feel this would cause <br />problems as there is enough parking <br />in close proximity. It was also <br />indicated by Mr. Harris that Morrisoi <br />intends to build 79 homes, completin< <br />the Pleasanton Valley subdivision. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Woody Pereira spoke for the ap- <br />plicant. He explained that the land- <br />scaping they propose would be along <br />more modest lines, instead of the <br />usual exotic styles seen at most <br />model home complexes.
