THE CITY OF 11 <br />pL~E~S~4NTON~ CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />l <br />April 17, 2007 <br />Planning and Community Development <br />TITLE: ACCEPT OR APPEAL ACTIONS OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />PADR-1702, Kathy Donohue <br />Application for administrative design review approval to allow the existing one- and <br />two-story additions totaling 2,114 square feet to the residence located at <br />3950 Stanley Boulevard and to remove vegetation and install flatwork in close <br />proximity to the top of the creek bank. <br />Approved. <br />PDRW-2, Jason Osborne, NSA Wireless <br />Application for design review approval to allow an existing wireless communication <br />facility to remain at 4440 Rosewood Drive as part of the five-year review of the <br />facility. <br />Approved. <br />PHUP-17, Pamela Healey <br />Application for anon-exempt home occupation to allow the show and sale of kittens <br />at the existing residence located at 5164 Liveoak Court, where any combination of <br />dogs and cats totaling less than four and young than four months of age are kept. <br />Approved. <br />PV-162/PADR-1656. Charles Huff, for George Grenlev and Louise Henrikson <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct two single-story <br />additions totaling approximately 467-square-feet (126 square feet to the front and <br />341 square feet to the rear) and for a variance from the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />to reduce the combined side yard setback from the required 12 feet to 10 feet and <br />the rear yard setback from the required 20 feet to 15 feet without meeting the <br />required 1,040-square-foot rear yard open space. Zoning for the property is <br />R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) District. <br />Approved. <br />
