It updates the Draft Financing Plan for Vineyard <br />Avenue Corridor Infrastructure Improvements. All detail related to this matter is <br />included in the attached January 16 staff report. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the Updated Draft Financing Plan for Vineyard Avenue Corridor <br />Infrastructure Improvements as outlined in the attached staff report of January 16, <br />2007. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The financial impact of the Updated Financing Plan is detailed in the attached <br />January 16 staff report. <br />
