CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-14 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO <br />THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />(HCD) HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 16, 1990, the City <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br />Planning and Community Development (SR 90:32) <br />regarding the allocation of HCD funds and the <br />status of the housing rehabilitation program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council approves the allocation of $18,700 in HCD <br /> funds from the Fiscal Year 1989-90 budget for <br /> Pleasanton's housing rehabilitation program, <br /> administered through Alameda County, to the HCD <br /> program budget for rehabilitation of the Family <br /> Crisis Center facility in Livermore. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 16, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />Pegg~/ Ez idr~ <br />Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
