WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-09 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTIONAMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (A <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF Pr~ASANTON) REVISING <br />FEES FOR BUILDING PERMITS AND OTHER INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> <br />Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees <br />and Charges for Various Municipal Services) lists the <br />current fees and charges for the City of Pleasanton; <br />and <br /> <br />the City has held on first reading an Ordinance adopting <br />by reference various Uniform Codes, which Codes contain <br />fee tables establishing fees different than what is <br />provided in the current Fees and Charges Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees <br />Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City of <br />Pleasanton), is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />II. BUILDING AND INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> <br />A. Building Inspection Division <br /> <br />Total Valuation <br /> <br />$1.00 to $500.00 <br /> <br />$501.00 to $2,000.00 <br /> <br />1. Building Permit Fees <br /> <br />a. Building Permits <br /> <br />Building permit fees for building permits <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Basic Fee Schedule: <br /> <br />Fee <br /> <br />$15.00 <br /> <br />$15.00 for the first <br />$500.00 plus $2.00 for <br />each additional <br />$100.00 or fraction <br />thereof, to and including <br />$2,000.00 <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
