WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPEAL OF TERRY <br />O'CONNOR AS FILED UNDERAP-89-22 (CASE <br />Z-89-514) <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 29, 1989, the Design <br />Review Board denied Case Z-89-514, the application <br />of Terry O'Connor for design review approval to <br />convert an existing residence for office use and to <br />construct a 4-unit apartment building to be located <br />at 148 Spring Street; and <br /> <br />zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District; and <br /> <br />within the time specified by the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code, Terry O'Connor submitted an appeal <br />to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />a public hearing was held before the City Council <br />on January 2, 1990, at which time all pertinent <br />testimony and documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />small apartment buildings of four units or less are <br />categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Grants the appeal of Terry O'Connor (AP-89-22) <br />and approves Case Z-89-514, the application for <br />design review approval to convert an existing <br />residence for office use and to construct a 4-unit <br />apartment building to be located at 148 Spring <br />Street, subject to the conditions attached hereto <br />on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
