PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-21 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />BRIDGMAN HUNTON, INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-13 <br />WHEREAS, Bridgman Hunton, Inc. for development plan approval to <br />construct a twelve unit apartment complex to be located <br />on an approximately 2.8 acre site at 1045 Division <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 22, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br />declaration was recommended for adoption by the Planning <br />Commission on February 22, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this <br />development plan is consistent with the PUD Ordinance <br />and General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends <br />development p <br />single-family <br />Foothill Road <br />Attachment A, <br />by reference. <br />approval of the application for <br />lan approval to construct a 38-parcel <br />residential project to be located at 5137 <br />subject to the conditions shown on <br />attached hereto and made part of this case <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
