PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-20 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE PUD-88-13, THE APPLICATION OF BRIDGMAN HUNTON, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Bridgman Hunton Development, Inc. has applied' for <br />development plan approval to construct a 35-parcel, <br />single-family residential project to be located at 5137 <br />Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Developments - Medium Density Residential District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 22, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />PUD-88-13; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated October 20, 1988 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held February 22, 1989 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case PUD-88-13, the application of Bridgman Hunton, Inc. <br />for development plan approval to construct a 38-parcel <br />single-family residential project to be located at 5137 <br />Foothill Road. <br />
