PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-16 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-89-1, THE APPLICATION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 5.9 acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road southwest of the intersection of Racoon <br />Hollow Court and Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Rural Density Residential District or to <br />any other zoning district consistent with the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br />declaration was adopted by Planning Commission on <br />February 8, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this prezoning is <br />consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.Recommends approval of the application of the City of <br />Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 5.9 acre site <br />located on the west side of Foothill Road southwest of <br />the intersection of Racoon Hollow Court and Foothill <br />Road to the PUD (Planned Unit development) - Rural <br />Density Residential District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton on February 8, 1989 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
