PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-15 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE RZ-89-1, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />FOR A PREZONING <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 5.9 acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road southwest of the intersection of Racoon <br />Hollow Court and Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Rural Density Residential District or to <br />any other district consistent with the General Plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 8, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />RZ-89-1; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated January 31, 1989 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held February 8, 1989 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case RZ-89-1, the application of the City of Pleasanton <br />to prezone an approximately 5.9 acre site located on the <br />west side of Foothill Road southwest of the intersection <br />of Racoon Hollow Court and Foothill Road to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density Residential <br />District. <br />
