PC-89-6 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DFCJLAR~TAOLTIERI, <br />CASE PUD-88-11, THE APPLICATION 0 <br />R. MARSHALL AND RAY THOMPSON <br />WHEREAS, John Altieri, R. Marshall and Ray Thompsondeveloamented <br />for Planned Unit Development rezoning and p <br />plan approval for a 21 parcel, single-fami12,3eacdensite <br />project to be located on aneapon theanorthlside of the <br />located generally in the ar <br />western terminus of Rose Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 8, 1989, the declaration for <br />Commission received a proposed negativ <br />PUD-88-11; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received andand receivedethe <br />Initial Study dated Septemberand~ 1988 <br />recommendations of the sta <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held February 8, 1989 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed able stateland <br />impacts in accordance with the applic <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the prep°the would <br />not have any significant adverse effects <br />environment. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative DationaofoJohnrAltieri, <br />Case PUD-88-11, the apple <br />R.
