pr.n NNSNG COMMS SSION C=TY OF PLEASANTON <br />AT~AMEDA COUNTY, CALS FORNSA <br />RESOLUTION NO _ PC-90-15 <br />RESOLUTS ON DENY SNG APPROVAL OF THE APPLS CATION OF THE <br />BREN COMPANY AS F2LED UNDER CASE PUD-89-22 <br />WHEREAS, the application to develop a single-family residential <br />project on the approximately 13 _ 7 acre site located at <br />the northeast corner o£ the intersection of Santa Rita <br />Road and Stoner idge Drive was denied unanimously by the <br />Design Review Board at their meeting of January 24 , <br />1 9 9 O ; <br />WHEREAS, within the timeframe provided under the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code, the applicant filed an appeal to the <br />Planning Commission with the C1arK of the City; and <br />WZ3EREAS, at the it duly noticed public hearing of February 14, <br />1990, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that based upon the <br />preponderance o£ evidence the prof act is inappropriate <br />as designed and that all of the required findings to <br />approve this prof ect cannot be made _ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNSNG COMMS SS SON OF THE CSTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1_ Denies approval o£ the appeal (AP-90-2) o£ the Bren <br />Company of a dac is ion the Design Review Board denying <br />approval of Case PUD-89-22 the application o£ the Bren <br />Company to develop a single-family residential project <br />on the approximately 13 _ 7 acre site located at <br />- the northeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita <br />Road and Stoneridge Drive _ <br />Section 2 _ This 2-aso lut ion sha11 become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption _ <br />
