Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHER)=,AS, at its duly noticed. public hearing oT April 19, 2006, the Planning Coxrax~~ission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, axed recommendations of tlxe <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt $oxn the requirements of tho California <br />)/nvironmcntal Quality Act (C7EQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Comx-nission determined that the proposed project is consi stmt with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />NOW, Ti-iPR7PORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP PLEASAN"LON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWiIV G: <br />Section 1 . Approves Case PDR-530, the application of Valley Humaxze Society for design <br />review approval to allow the tearaporary installation of a x~-xodular build ink; and <br />parking area for office, storage, and workspace for Valley IIuxraane Society and <br />for caring, facilities for cats during the construction of its new facility ai <br />3670 Nevada Street, subject to the conditions shown in I:ixhi bit B, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. "fhis resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
