PC-2006-03 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING "I'HE APPLICATION OF MITCHELL PERETRA <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-502 <br />WHEREAS, Mitchell Pereira has applied for design review approval to allow the construction <br />of aim approxi~n atcly 7,865-square-foot two-story commercial/oft3ce building on a <br />portion of the existing Pleasanton Station developnicnt located at 55 West Angela <br />Street. and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-C-O (Planned Unit Development Cornrnercial- <br />Oftice) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of January 25, 2006, the Planning C=ommission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt from the requi.ren~tents of-the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />W FIEREAS, the Plaruzing Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF "I1IE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOL~V ES THE FOLLOWING: <br />S_ cction 1 . Approves Case PDR-502, the application of Mitchell Pereira for design review <br />approval to allow the constructio» of an approxiir~ately 7,865-square-Foot <br />two-story eotrinie rcial/o ff ice building on a. portio~Z of the existing, Plc=asanton <br />Station development located at 55 West Angela Street, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days agar its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time- <br />
