PLANNTNG COMMISSION CLTY OF YLEASANTON <br />A LAMEDA CUUN"hY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO_ PC7-2006-02 <br />RESOLL7TION APPROVING THE APPLICA"f1ON OF RIIL DESIGN CiROUP, INC., <br />FOR IllESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-493 <br />WI-IEREAS, RI-IL iUesign Ciroup has applied for design review approval to repaint and modify <br />the Fa4.ade of the Mc.Donald's Restaurant building located at 6800 S~mta Rita <br />Road; and <br />WLIEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-C ~Ylanned Unit Developii~ent Coxnmerci alb <br />Districts and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of January 25, 2006, the Planning C'omn~ission <br />considered all public testimony; relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt front environmental review., pursuant to the <br />California EnvironnZental duality Act (CE(~A) Section 15301(x); and <br />WI-iEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed prof cet is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />NOW, TH EREFORF_, "1'HE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C-ITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RI~SOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section I . Approves Case YDR-493. the application of RIIL Design Cn-oup, Inc. for design <br />review ~ipproval to rc-.p ai nt. and modify the facade of the McDonald's Restaurant <br />building located at 6800 Santa Rita Road, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference- <br />Section 2. "Phis resolution shall become effective 1 5 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time- <br />
