PC-2006-01 <br />KESULUTION APPROVING "LHE APPLICATION ON' JUHN BARYON FUR DESTGN <br />REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-491 <br />WHEREAS, Joh» Barton has applied for dcsig» review approval to co»struct an ap proxin~atcly <br />5,098-square-foot single-story resident (4,048-square-foot home with a <br />1,081-square-foot attached garaged at 59"73 Kolb Ranch Drive Lot 11~; and <br />WI3EREA S, zoning for the property is PUD-LDI2JC/YHS/WO (Planned Unit Developn-icnt <br />Low Density Residential/Clon~mercial/Public Health and Safety/Wildlands <br />Overlays District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of January 1 1 , 2005, the Planning Cotritrtission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and reco~r~nicndations of ih c' <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />W HEI2EAS, an envirortrnental review for the proposed project was undertaken with the <br />Environmental Initial Study and a Ncgativc Declaration for PUD-99-03, which <br />was adopted by the City Council on May 2, 2000 in conformance with the <br />standards of the California Environmental Quality Act ~CEQA~, acid there are no <br />substantial changes to the project or to the circumstances under which the project <br />is being undertaken that involve new significant environmental effects or that <br />substantially increase the severity of previously identified effects; furtherniorc, <br />there is no new information of substantial inzporta.cice which was unknown at the <br />time that the Ncgativc Declaration was adopted regarding the project or its <br />effects, n~iti ~,ation nzeas ores- or alternatives, and. any previously id enti lied elfe cts <br />or impacts were mitigated to a level of insig.nilicance, with the mitigation <br />measures incorporated into the project's design or imposed pursuant to the <br />conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Plaruiing Coniniission determined that the proposed project is consi sient with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TLIE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOL.VP,S THl.~ POLLOWIN Ci: <br />
