CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-14 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PT~ASANTON'S SOURCE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING Et.RMENT AND HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE ELEMENT WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1992, the City Council received a proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration for Pleasanton's Source Reduction and Recycling Element and Household Hazardous Waste Element; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 24, 1991; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed Source Reduction and Recycling Element and Household Hazardous Waste Element; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Mitigated Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed Source Reduction and Recycling Element and Household Hazardous Waste Element would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Source Reduction and Recycling Element and Household Hazardous Waste Element. Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife.
